Meet the Team

Hello, I am Lauren McCarron, a Family Nurse Practitioner with a decade of experience and a total of 17 years in nursing. I earned my undergraduate degree from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2007, followed by a Master's in Nursing Science from the University of Phoenix in 2011 and a post-Master's certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner from D’Youville College in 2014.

In 2014, I started my journey as a nurse practitioner with a mobile primary care provider in Buffalo, NY. Later that year, I relocated to the Carolinas and began working at CVS Health Minute Clinic as a provider. I am thrilled to embark on the path of opening my own practice, extending my care to patients across the Carolinas.

My passion for medicine stems from a deep desire to care for others. Early in my nursing career, I realized my calling to bring about real change and not just follow orders. This led me to become a nurse practitioner, empowering me to make a meaningful difference.

Fun Fact: I am the second of thirteen siblings, all from the same parents, with no multiples. Growing up in a three-bedroom ranch with only one bathroom on Long Island, NY, caring for many people became second nature to me, influencing my career choice.
